Main research question
My research focus on morphological characteristics of human locomotion notably in order to pinpoint how they may have impacted stone tool production.
Topics of study
A comparative analysis between a fossil shoulder from the lower valley of the Omo (Ethiopia) and extant hominids will be achieved to collect osteological data.
Then, this material will be examined from morphofunctionnal and biomechanical perspective notably via numerical modelling tools.
